Our Vision

Mother’s Day Out now accepting registrations

We are beginning something new! Something great!

“And anyone who welcomes a little child like this on my behalf is welcoming me.” - Jesus

Matthew 18:5 NLT

I have admired Pastor Pierre (Missionary to Haiti) and the impact he has made in his lifetime on the people in his region of Haiti with the Gospel. He has seen hearts open wide to him and his message because he has served the people’s basic needs. The church in America has also opened their hearts to help him because he is so transparent and does everything in an upright ethical way. I have had him in my mind during the process of starting our community outreach called Mother’s Day Out.

I believe this outreach will be a big part of our future. The need is great as other local churches with this type of program have a waiting list. Some have been waiting for two years to get in.

The Vision:

Pastor Pierre used beans and rice to present the Gospel to hungry and lost souls. By meeting the primary need for food, he broke through a land filled with dark satanic spirituality and made a huge impact for the Kingdom of God in the present, but also for eternity!

We are also meeting a primary need in the Mother’s Day Out program. I see this as essential in winning hearts and minds in the battle raging in our culture. I am expecting this to be a new phase of our church history in Wise County for the Kingdom of God.

Our research revealed we can start with up to 20 children using our children’s and youth facility. We will be hiring capable staff to teach and care for the children. It would run for 2 days a week. Paula Largent will be the director/teacher and has years of experience in working with children.

Our Mother’s Day Out program will run nine months of the year congruent with the local school schedule.

We plan on beginning in August.

Check back here often for updated information.

We are developing a CDC and website primarily for the MDO program. A link to the site will be made known as it becomes available.

An FHC Foundation Family is a family who is agreeing with the vision and sowing $500 financially into making it happen. we are coming together as a church family to create a wonderful safe secure place for the families with little ones in the community around us. If you would like to give toward the vision you can click on the picture above to give.
