What Heaven Calls Great
Heaven measures greatness differently than we do. Jesus watched wealthy people give large offerings, but He said the widow who gave two small coins gave more than all of them. Why? Because she gave from trust, not surplus. She gave her whole livelihood, placing complete dependence on God.
This Mother's Day, we honor the "two mites" moments—the unseen prayers, quiet sacrifices, and faithful consistency. Every act of love done in trust matters deeply to Jesus. He sees what others overlook. In God's Kingdom, greatness isn't found in recognition or control, but in humble, wholehearted service. "The Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve" (Matthew 20:28).
Your seemingly small offerings of faith aren't small to God. Trust Him with your family, your fears, your future. The greatest life is found in knowing Jesus and serving others through His love.
