Day 55: Life Is a Mission

“But none of these things move me; nor do I count my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my race with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.” — Acts 20:24 (NKJV)

Jesus said, “As the Father has sent Me, I also send you” (John 20:21). He came on a mission—and now that mission continues through you. This isn’t just a side project. This is your purpose. Your life is not random, aimless, or accidental. You were sent.

Paul’s words in Acts 20 reveal a man consumed with one thing—finishing the mission God gave him. He didn’t live for comfort or applause. He lived to testify to the gospel of the grace of God. That same calling is on you—not necessarily to preach from a platform, but to carry the message of God’s grace everywhere you go.

You are a carrier of the kingdom. A messenger of mercy. A witness of grace.

And your mission isn’t just to make it to heaven—it’s to bring as many as possible to heaven with you by letting God's love and truth flow through you to those around you.

That means how you live matters. How you speak matters. How you treat people matters. You don’t just have a job—you have a mission field. You don’t just go to school, church, or the grocery store—you go as one who has been sent.

So wake up every day and say, “Lord, I’m Yours. You have sent me. You have given me everything I need to reveal Your love and truth to those around me today. You are the vine and I am Your fruitful branch.” When you live like that, the mission becomes your joy—not a burden, but a blessing.

Life isn’t just about surviving—it’s about sending. You were saved on purpose—for a purpose. So live like one who is sent.
